Not a cover precisely, but there is clearly a loving tribute/ripoff of "Songs to Aging Children Come" in an episode of Amy Sedaris's twisted sitcom "Strangers With Candy" called "Feather In The Storm" (it's in season 1).

This episode deals (quite irreverently) with eating disorders and Amy's character Jerri Blank is plagued by a popular song that castigates the listener for being fat. The fact that one of the verses has the phrase "ice cream castles" is yet another nudge. Read more at jerriblank.com
